This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 20.12.2024, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31848 of 2024. However in the order copy, the section has been wrongly mentioned as 303(2) and 306 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Act, 2023 read with section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulations) Act, 1957 instead of 303(2) and 326 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Act, 2023 read with section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulations) Act, 1957 . Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions.
