ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No.249 of 2024 on the file of the 1 st respondent as illegal, incompetent and abuse of process.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned st respondent police and Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1 perused the materials available on record.

4. The main allegation against the petitioner is that, the petitioner was a judicial member of the District Consumer Forum for a short period. But he claimed to be the District Judge and has used the State Government Emblem 2/5

with an ulterior motive to deceive and cheat the Government Officers as well as the general public.

5. On a perusal of the records, this Court finds that there is a specific allegation against the petitioner and there are prima facie materials to conduct investigation.

6. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
