O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 04.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.No. 11417 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12276 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first day of English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. for six months.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He further submitted that investigation was completed and a final report was filed in C.C.No.216 of 2024 and the case was posted for hearing on 21.01.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Mayiladuthurai.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Mayiladuthurai on 21.01.2025 and thereafter on the date of hearing fixed by the learned trial judge.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly. 09.01.2025 rpp To
