Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner makes a submission that he has got instructions from his clients to withdraw these Writ Petitions. Accordingly, he seeks permission of this Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundles today.

Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the endorsement he has made in the Court bundles, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
