ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This writ of Habeas Corpus petition has been instituted to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's brother Mr.Anthony Franklin s/o.Bernard Rodrigo aged about 48 years.

2. Due to family dispute, the detenue left the matrimonial home. The Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted by the brother of the detenue. The respondent/police secured the detenue and produced before this Court.

3. We have examined the detenue, who inturn informed that on account of certain disputes he left the matrimonial home uninformed to the family members and he has now joined with the family and repented for his action. The detenue made a submission that he will not commit any such mistakes again and he will look after his family. In view of the above fact, no further adjudication is required in this habeas corpus petition.
