ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 3, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15896 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20301 of 2024, dated 15.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 1/3

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending. He also submitted that this is the second relaxation petition filed by the petitioner.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 3, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15896 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20301 of 2024, dated 15.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
