India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents more specifically the 3rd Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation and to conduct a re-survey and issue fresh patta to the petitioner's land i.e., 0.19 cents comprised Survey Nos.330 ( F-Letter) in accordance with Document No.2957/1920 for 0.8 cents and Document No.2958/1920 for 0.11 cents, both registered before the S.R.O Mylam which were converted as Natham Manai Nilavari Patta from punjai land in the year 1995.
