This petition is filed to condone the delay of 6 days in preferring the revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The petitioners are tenants and had suffered an order of fixation of fair rent.

4.Mr.V.Manoharan, learned counsel appearing for the caveator has no serious objection in condoning the delay.

5. I have satisfied myself with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, seeking to condone the delay of 6 days.

6. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

7. Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr,V.Manoharan, learned counsel for the caveator at the time of admission.
