Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.386 of 2022 was completed and final report was filed through e-filing on 21.11.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN-20220001970C202400594 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
