PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 17.10.2024 passed in IA No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.306 of 2018 pending on the file of the Learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur @ Poonamallee and consequentially to reject the plaint in OS No.306 of 2018 pending on the file of the Learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge Thiruvallur @ Poonamallee.
