[hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original order of the respondent has not been served on the petitioner and hence, the same was downloaded from the website and enclosed in the typed-set of papers. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
