ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on petitioner that he shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27002 of 2024 in an order dated 30.10.2024.

2. The Learned Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in S.C.No.557 of 2024 before the learned Additional District Judge II, Poonamallee and the next hearing date is fixed on 31.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Para 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.27002 of 2024 vide order dated 30.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional District Judge II, Poonamallee on 31.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, Korattur Police Station, Thiruvallur District.
