This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27606 of 2024, dated 30.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:00 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27606 of 2024, dated 30.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first and third Saturdays at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
