ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5334 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5254 of 2023, dated 20.04.2023, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and third saturday of every month at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this is the second relaxation petition and the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court vide https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

order dated 20.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.5334 of 2023 regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para Crl.M.P.No.5334 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5254 of 2023, dated 20.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
