This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.27800 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024 in Cr.No.441 of 2024, on the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 am until further orders.

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 32 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27800 of 2024 on 06.11.2024 in para No.10(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders.
