This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.27941 of 2024 on 08.11.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.27941 of 2024 on 08.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
