O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to survey the subject property for demarcation of boundaries with the help of the fourth respondent and to issue sub-division in the name of the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 19.02.2025, this Court passed the following order:

"Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for respondents 1 to 4.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 2/4

entire civil proceedings are over and the possession has also been taken and therefore, there can be no objection for conducting the survey in the subject property for fixing the boundaries.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader seeks for some time to take instructions.

Post this writ petition at the end of the motion list on 26.02.2025."

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the survey is going to be conducted on 04.03.2025. In view of the same, the third respondent shall proceed further with the survey and if required, police protection shall also be sought for if there is any disruption in conducting the survey. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
