ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Inspector of Police, O.T.Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23493 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.23493 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, Mahrajakadai Police Station, Krishnagiri District.
