2. Notice had been directed and Mr.M.Lokesh, learned counsel had entered appearance on behalf of Respondent.

In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that sanction had to be obtained for filing the appeal and in that process, there was a delay. 4.Taking all factors into consideration, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
