JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.Velmurugan J.) This Appeal has been filed to set aside the order dated 04.10.2025 passed in I.A. No.1 of 2025 by the Sole Arbitrator.

2. The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that pending this appeal, final award was passed in the main arbitration case.

3. In view of the above, there is nothing to survive for further adjudication in this appeal. Hence, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
