ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29614 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 4(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.29614 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Vellore on 03.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Gudiyatham, Vellore District.
