Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2025 to change in the name before UDR under the caption of "Sri Anjeneya Swamy Koil" instead of Mulbagal Sri Anjenaya Swami in Survey No. 442/1 , 442/2 and Survey No. 539 at Avalapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and consequently remove the alleged name of "Sri Anjeneya Swamy Koil" and comments in patta "Temple land is Prohibited" and change the revenue records like Chitta, A- Register, Patta.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider and dispose petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2025 to change in the name before UDR under the caption of "Sri Anjeneya Swamy Koil" instead of Mulbagal Sri Anjenaya Swami in Survey No. 442/1 , 442/2 and Survey No. 539 at Avalapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and consequently remove the alleged name of "Sri Anjeneya Swamy Koil" and comments in patta "Temple land is Prohibited" and change the revenue records like Chitta, A- Register, Patta.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2025 and after conducting an enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and affording them a personal opportunity of hearing, to pass appropriate orders on merits and in 2/4
accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
