2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 10(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.28755 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
