ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.23779 of 2024 on 04.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.23779 of 2024 on 04.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
