PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the basis of the representation dated 27.08.2025 within the time fixed by this Court and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2, to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
2.Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner executed a conditional settlement deed dated 23.07.2021 in favour of her rd respondent herein by keeping the life interest of the petitioner and son/the 3 rd respondent created a documents of settlement in her husband. However, the 3 favour of his wife inspite of the life interest created over the property. Further, rd respondent neglected the petitioner and her husband and left the Country the 3 last year and he failed to provide basic amenities and physical needs to them. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 27.08.2025 before the respondents 1 and 2, to cancel the conditional settlement deed dated 23.07.2021 rd respondent and the settlement executed by the petitioner in favour of the 3 rd respondent in favour of his wife executed dated 07.02.2023 executed by the 3 as per section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007. Since the said representation has not been considered by the respondents 1 and 2 so far, the present writ petition has been filed.
4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2025 will be considered within a period of four weeks.
5.Considering the submissions made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
