ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner, who is the previous tenant of respondent No.4, has filed this petition seeking issuance of mandamus on the allegation that respondent No.4 has made some illegal construction.

3. There is nothing in the petition to show that the petitioner has suffered any legal injury. He is residing at some other place. Apparently, the petitioner has an axe to grind against respondent No.4 and this petition is an upshot of such personal vendetta. This is misuse of the judicial forum. Without any locus, this petition has been filed.

4. The writ petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) payable by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority within a period of one month from today.
