O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent-Police to register the FIR based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.02.2022 and the order in C.M.P.No.486 of 2022 dated 27.06.2022 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Alandur.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that as per the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur, the respondent-Police had conducted a preliminary enquiry and found that there is no prima facie materials to register the FIR against the accused persons. However, it is seen that the respondent-Police have not filed the closure report before the jurisdictional Court, till date.

3. Since the learned Magistrate had passed the order on 27.06.2022, the respondent-Police has not filed the closure report till date and hence, the respondent-Police are directed to comply with the order of the learned Magistrate dated 27.06.2022 in C.M.P.No.486 of 2022 within a period of 10 days from today.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
