This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to permit the petitioner's son Minor C.Sanjay, to participate in the M.B.B.S/B.D.S (Government Quota) Course Session 2025-2026, third round counselling scheduled from 06.10.2025 to
09.10.2025 under the ST category and to admit him under the government quota or private quota, as the case may be. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1, 2 & 4 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent. Perused the materials available on record.
3.On instructions, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the petitioner's son is now permitted to participate in the M.B.B.S/B.D.S (Government Quota) Course Session 2025-2026, third round counselling scheduled from 06.10.2025 to 09.10.2025 under the ST category.
4. Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to permit the petitioner's son Minor C.Sanjay, to participate in the M.B.B.S/B.D.S (Government Quota) Course Session 2025-2026, third round counselling scheduled from 06.10.2025 to 09.10.2025 under the ST category. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
