ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Para 4(b) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30667 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 4(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.30667 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
