This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 & 6 for submitting false status report in W.P.No 26881 of 2022. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

On perusal of the records and also on perusal of the status report filed by the respondents 5 & 6, it id revealed that the complaint

lodged by the petitioner was enquired and closed. There is no false averments in the status report. Therefore, the directions sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted and the present petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
