C.M.P. No.25473 of 2025 in W.A.SR. No.139382 of 2025 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J., and MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J., (Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Seeking to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the appeal, the present petition has been filed.
2. Mr.V.Perumal, learned counsel for respondent would oppose by stating that the ground stated for condonation of delay of 91 days is insufficient.
3. This Court is of the considered view that the delay cannot be construed as enormous and this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
Accordingly, the delay of 91 days in filing the appeal is condoned and this petition is allowed.
