This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23011 of 2024 in Crime No.453 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.23011 of 2024 in dated 30.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
