The writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to dispose of the Appeal No.43819/N1/2024 filed under Section 47 -A(5) of the Indian Stamps Act for fixation of market value relating to the Exchange Deed vide Document No.7649/2023.

2. In view of the innocuous relief prayed for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the Appeal No.43819/N1/2024 filed under Section 47 -A(5) of the Indian Stamps Act within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website-uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
