(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.M.Subramaniam J.) This miscellaneous petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to grant extension of ordinary leave for three months pending disposal of the above writ petition.

Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Government has already extended the leave to the prisoner for three months in G.O.(Ms).No.14 dated 07.01.2025.
