2025-01-09Honourable Mr Justice Mohammed Shaffiq2 pages

W.M.P.Crl.No.612 of 2025 W.M.P.Crl.No.612 of 2025 in W.P.Crl.No.816 of 2025 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA ,J.

This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the 1st respondent in the cause title of the main writ petition as "The Superintendent of Police, Tiruvannamalai" instead of "The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tiruvannamalai".

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that apart from the above amendment, at paragraph 5 (i) and (ii) of the order of this Court dated 16.09.2025 in W.P.Crl.No.816 of 2025, an error had crept in inadvertently while giving direction to the first respondent in two places, i.e., instead of stating "first respondent" at paragraph 5(i) and 5(ii), it was wrongly stated as second respondent and fourth respondent, respectively. Hence, he states that the same shall be replaced with first respondent in two places of paragraph No.5 (i) and 5 (ii).

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA ,J.
