The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.02.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 342, 324, 302, 34 of IPC in Crime No.580 of 2020, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. This Court had earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 15.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25242 of 2025, however without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order, since there is no change in circumstances.
