Mr.P.Kumaresan Additional Advocate General assisted by Ms.S.Anitha Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the third respondent to issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate and Certificate for working condition of the plants and machineries to the petitioner, in connection with the tenders in Tender Notice No.24/2025-2026/HDO/Dated 22.08.2025, Tender Notice No.39/2025-2026/HDO/Dated 11.09.2025, Tender Notice No.25/2025-2026/HDO/Dated 23.08.2025, Tender Notice No.28/2025-
2026/HDO/Dated 28.08.2025 and Tender Notice No.33/20252026/HDO/Dated 03.09.2025 issued by the second respondent.
2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner participated in E-Tender Notifications issued by the second respondent, for which, the petitioner has to file necessary application for issuance of Work Site Inspection Certificate and working condition of the plants and machineries Certificate and therefore, the petitioner has made applications before the respondents for issuance of the above Certificates, however, no order was passed. Hence, these Writ Petitions have been filed.
3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the last date for submitting the tender is 09.10.2025 and prior to that, all the aforesaid Certificates will be issued to the petitioner on or before 08.10.2025.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to issue the aforesaid Certificates to the petitioner on or before 08.10.2025.
