Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Sanjeevi, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, since this writ petition has to be dismissed based upon the Judgment of the Supreme Court reported in (2016) 4 SCC 763 and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. In view of the above submission made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.21822 of 2004 is closed. No costs. Consequently connected WP.MP.21822 of 2004 is closed.
