Heard Mrs.A.L.Gandhimathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to forbear the first respondent from opening the tender documents in respect of tender notice No.32/2025-2026/SDO dated 06.09.2025 of the first respondent herein in respect of the works of strengthening at Km 2/6

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a registered contractor with the respondents and intended to participate in the e-tender and the submission of tender closes on 23.10.2025, for which he had to produce Work Site Inspection and Plant & Machineries Certificates on or before 15.10.2025. He further 3/6
submitted that the respondents refused to receive the petitioner's application for issuance of the aforesaid certificates. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Advocate General fairly submits that the petitioner will be issued separate certificates on or before 10.10.2025.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
