Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to disconnect the service connection SC No.032530015609 effected in the petitioner's property situated at SF No.268 & 266/1, Vellaloor Village, Kanchikonapalayam, Madukarai, Coimbatore District to an extent of 2.13 acres, unauthorisedly.

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to disconnect the service connection effected in his property situated at SF No.268 & 266/1, Vellaloor Village, Kanchikonapalayam, Madukarai, Coimbatore District.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the property to an extent of 2.13 acres in S.Nos.268 and 266/1 in the said village was purchased by
the petitioner's mother through a registered sale deed dated 25.04.1979 and after the death of petitioner's mother, the petitioner and her sister have been in possession and enjoyment of the same. According to the petitioner, the fifth respondent herein illegally encroached the property of the petitioner and put up construction and also illegally obtained service connection in respect of the building put up by him from the respondents 1 to 3. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 17.03.2024 before the third respondent seeking disconnection of the service connection granted in favour of the fifth respondent and the same has not been considered. Hence, she approached this court.
3. Mr. L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the fourth respondent.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be disposed of in accordance with law.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this court is inclined to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner, fifth respondent and other interested parties.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of . There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
