ORDER
Earlier i.e., on 10.12.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter to the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for withdrawal". Accordingly, the Registry has listed the matter under the caption for "withdrawal" today.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle, which is as follows :
"May kindly be permitted to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file a new petition to challenge the order of the private respondent (4th respondent)"

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty as prayed for is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
