PRAYER:-Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 18.09.2025 by conducting a fair and proper enquiry after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, impleading the petitioners herein as the legal heirs of Late.N.Ethiraj and consequently issuing 5(A) notice to the petitioners. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to direct the respondent herein to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 18.09.2025 by conducting a fair and proper enquiry after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, impleading the petitioners herein as the legal heirs of Late.N.Ethiraj and consequently issuing 5(A) notice to the petitioners.

2.Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioners dated 18.09.2025 has not been considered by the respondent so far.

5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 18.09.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in

accordance with law. Such exercise shall be carried out by the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
