Respondent Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 Act, praying to relax the condition 5(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 6.00 pm for a period of three months of the order dated 12.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 24965 of 2025. ORDER

Earlier this Court granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 24965 of 2025, dated 12.09.2025 with certain conditions against him. Subsequently, he has filed Crl.M.P.No. 19524 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 24965 of 2025 seeking to relax the condition in Paragraph No.5(b) of the order dated 12.09.2025 which reads as follows:-

"5(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 6.00 pm for a period of three months of the order dated 12.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 24965 of 2025".

2.After hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court modifies the condition in Para No. 5(b) of the order dated 12.09.2025 which reads as follows:- "5(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 6.00 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 3.The rest of the conditions imposed by this Court by order dated 12.09.2025 shall remains unaltered.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 24.10.2025 MSM To 1.The Inspector of Police Kovilpalayam Police Station Coimbatore District.
