Till date, the vehicle has not been repossessed by the Advocate Commissioner. Several extensions of time have already been granted. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the vehicle could not be located and in view of the same, the Advocate Commissioner could not repossess the vehicle. The applicant had already paid the initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner. No useful purpose would be served if the application is allowed https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner once the vehicle is located.
