ORDER

Though the present writ petition has been filed seeking for a larger relief, during the course of arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, confined and requested for a direction to the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner by issuing the impugned charge memo dated 30.10.2024, within a specified time.

2. Mr. V.P.R. Elamparithi, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that criminal proceedings are also pending against the petitioner and six months time will be required for completing the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner. 3. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. No costs. 06.01.2025 Index :
