2. The fourth respondent is removed from the array of parties vide order dated 02.04.2026 made in C.M.P.No.9523 of 2026.

3. Mr.R.Krishnan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Ms.K.Aswini Devi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2 & 3 and they have no serious objection in allowing the petition. Having regard to the aforestated stand taken by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
