O R D E R

The petitioner herein, who is an accused in S.C.No.132 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Court-IV, Ponneri, had jumped bail on 30.06.2024. He was secured on execution of 1/4

non bailable warrant after an order dated 02.07.2025. He seeks for bail stating that he is in prison from 02.07.2025.

2. Earlier the petitioner's bail petition was dismissed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.23965 of 2025 dated 01.09.2025 on the following reasons: '' Considering the conduct of the petitioner, the seriousness of the violation of bail conditions and the objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present" .

3. This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner even after the dismissal of the bail petition, there is no progress in the case and this Court has also called for report from the trial Court and the trial Court has sent a report, in which, it is stated that due to absconding of the petitioner, the trial is stalled. Now, pending at the stage of opening of prosecution case.

4. Considering the reply and also the fact that due to absconding of this petitioner, the trial is stalled, I am not inclined to revisit the order. 30.10.2025 Vv 2/4
