2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned notice issued by the 2nd respondent bearing reference Na.Ka.No.69/2023/Ka.KeUoo dated 11.09.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit submitted that the impugned notice dated 11.09.2024 is not readily available with him and hence, the writ petitioner is not able to file the original impugned notice. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit, which reads as follows: '6........................ The impugned notice dated 11.09.2024 is not ready available which was challenging the early writ petition No.28511 of 2024. Hence just and necessary to dispense with impugned notice dated 11.09.2024.'
