By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 04.10.2024 seeking removal of portion of the compound wall of Arulmigu Neeliamman Tirukovil situated in Survey No.161/2 in Paruvai Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District to enable the petitioner and others have access to the temple through the main road.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned temple is the Clan God for the petitioner and the persons belonging to Thennilaiyan Koottam of Yadavar Community. Hitherto, the petitioner and others have been using a property belongs to a private person to have access to the said temple. Now, the owner of the property preventing the petitioner and others from using his property as an access to the Temple. Therefore, in order to have access to the temple from the public road, the petitioner submitted a representation before the respondent seeking removal of the portion of the compound wall of the temple. The said representation has not been considered by the respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR and CE), who is taking notice for the respondent would submit the representation 2/4
submitted by the petitioner dated 04.10.2024 will be considered by the respondent on its own merits, within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other persons interested.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
