As against the order of the Tahsildar regarding the mutation of the patta, the petitioner submits that he has preferred an appeal on 10.11.2024.

Considering the innocuous relief prayed for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 10.11.2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website-uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
